We developed a quality whiskey, aged in bourbon barrels and finished in Oloroso Sherry and Rye Casks. The Foxes Bow Coffee
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
> 50ml Foxes Bow Whiskey
> 50ml freshly brewed espresso coffee
> 50ml coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlua)
> Ice
> Coffee beans to garnish
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice (you can use a clean medium sized jar if you don’t have a shaker)
2. Add all ingredients to the shaker
3. Shake for roughly 15 seconds
4. Strain the cocktail into a glass using a strainer (or the lid of the jar)
5. Add 2 coffee beans to garnish

THE GINGER FOX

MANHATTAN
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
> 50ml Foxes Bow Whiskey
> 50ml Valentia Island Vermouth
> Ice
> An Orange Peel
> A few dashes of bitters
1. Add all your ingredients to a mixing glass or jar filled with ice and stir.
2. Strain into your glass of choice.
3. Shake for roughly 15 seconds
4. Twist the orange peel over the glass to add some zesty flavours and then drop it in to garnish.

2. Add all ingredients to the shaker
3. Shake for roughly 15 seconds
4. Strain the cocktail into a glass using a strainer (or the lid of the jar)
5. Add 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters to the top of your cocktail.
